Enjoy cycling in even colder temps

I live in Wisconsin, so winter biking can be pretty cold. I've been able to figure out what to wear to keep most of my body warm, but my feet were always an issue. These socks allow my feet to stay warm in colder temps than before. I'll wear these in temps down to freezing inside my regular cycling shoes, with windproof overshoes to keep out the wind. When things get really cold, I'll wear these inside my Lake winter boots and still be comfortable. These are roomy enough to allow a pair of socks inside. I was concerned that since they were pretty loose on my feet they would bunch up inside my shoes and cause uncomfortable spots, but they are thin and slippery enough to keep that from happening. Be warned, these alone aren't going to keep your feet warm in the winter, but as part of a system they're very effective. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

Negative Reviews:

poor design

The opening is way to small with very little stretch. I had to heat them in the dryer and stretch them by hand and they were still a struggle to put them on and take them off. Once on the they fit fine but the battle to put on and take off relegates them worthless for me.
