Grand Trunk Double Parachute Nylon Hammock with FREE Rope Hang Kit Reviews:

It's ok

I recommend getting longer rope or the extenders. The rope wasn't enough to double around a tree so I single-roped from hammock to tree, and then tied around a tree. The rope will stretch almost eerily in this manner but held 2 people. I also recommend getting rid of the 2 heavy clip rings and buying a 3pack of the really small lock rings in the chain area. They are rated for high strength, cheap, weigh nearly nothing and much smaller!

The hammock is great for it's packed size and weight. I feel it's not that comfortable for 2 as you both sink into the center making you feel squished together. By myself it was quite comfortable however I feel a single hammock may make more sense.

Comfy and sturdy

Great camp hammock. packs small (for family car based camping) and light. Easy to strap onto trees, but you should be prepared with extra rope if the tree's don't exactly assist with distance or diameter. Once in, plenty of room for two adults or even one with two small kiddo's. Seems well made. Used one trip so far. No issues. Would buy again.

Great for backyard

We use this hammock primarily in the back yard with the kids and family. Great product. Very comfortable and super easy to set up. It comes with d-rings already attached. We are planning on taking it camping on our next trip as well.

Great! But straps are useless

Second double grand trunk I've purchased. Very durable, ya lightweight, so it's great for hiking. Plus this price is unbeatable! However I had to purchase another more useful set of straps to be able to hang this hammock from trees

Great Hamm!

This thing is big! 1' longer than ENO double hamms and 6" wider!...easy choice. Better value and quality over ENO hammocks!

Excellent product, price, shipping!

I use it for BSA backpacking trips and camping. I will never go back to tents.
