"like it a lot. one big fault though."

| this is our 2nd granite gear dog pack. we lost the first one or should i say the DOG lost the first one on our last backpacking trip. mj ran off into the woods and came back without it. at first i thought, that must be an inferior pack, but THEN i thought ,hmmmmmm, i'm very lucky to have gotten the dog back without her getting stuck! anyhoo, the packs fit well, and are made from sturdy material. the biggest drawback, which is actually pretty big, is that there is no buckle in front like our other packs. therefore you have to lift it over the dog's head. they don't seem to like that. and lifting it off over the head makes her panic. BUT we obviously liked the pack enough to buy it a | |

"My dog told me he loves his pack!"

| I got this pack in medium for my black lab, he loved it, and it fit him well. He knew when he put the pack on it was down to business, it was amazing. He was more behaved with the pack on plus it was nice for me since I didn't have to carry his food or any of his other stuff on the trail. | |

"Great for everyday walks too!"

| Very nice. Size is as described. Easy to use. Putting the front strap over the dog's head is no problem. Our Miss Ziggy came to us with undeveloped hindquarters. I slowly increased weight in the pack to 5 lbs to help build up her muscle. Now use the weight to help wear her out. And she can carry her own water and poop, too. | |

My husband and I love this pack and so does our dog Molly
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Molly is a very energetic mixed breed rescue. We walk her several times a day and this pack really helps with her energy level. As a mix of working breeds she needs a job and this pack gives her a fun one. It is well made and sturdy. The only drawback to this pack is that the straps loosen up. | |

Not my first choice | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Although, this pack was not my first choice it is decent. Likes: padded saddle bags, VERY water resistant, good capacity, eye appealihg. Dislikes, no place to hang extra items, Saddle and bags NOT one piece and if leash rubs against buckles that hold bags to saddle, they loosen up! Will buy another brand when they are back in stock. | |

| Wheeler loved having a job to do, and she carried all her chow for the week, as well as the makings of campfire s'mores. the only down side is the fleece lining got so hot against her back. | |
