While Gregory designed their Iso pack for adventure racing, we've seen it on the backs of a few day hikers and athletic tourists. That's because the Iso features a lightweight and stretchy G 30 fabric that remains resilient to the rigors of constant motion. While the G 30 fabric is more than 75% lighter than the materials found in other Gregory packs, it's also coated with a silicone treatment that makes the fibers stretch instead of shredding. Like the smaller Reactor racing pack, the Iso can accommodate a 120-oz. hydration reservoir (not included), but it also features more room for food or clothing and an expandable front pocket that easily accommodates a cycling or climbing helmet. We found that the mesh waist belt pockets were just the right size for energy gel packets--a small feature you usually don't find on other adventure racing backpacks.

Sized between the Reactor and Advent Pro, the Iso's quick draw compression and expandable helmet pocket make it ideal for a plethora of uses.

Great Pack | |

| Pack is a great value, and perfect weight for what I need. Perfect size and weight for sprint to 24 hour adventure races. Great expandability! Great durability so far! Most packs this weight do not have the capacity or the area to fasten helmets and such...this pack seems to meet the needs. | |

Great Pack! | |

| This pack has the low weight I was looking for. It compresses nicely but still has plenty of storage and pockets for organizing gear. I loaded the pack with mandatory gear for upcoming 12hr AR race and ran over twenty miles with it the first week. No complaints! | |

| After 55 years of backcountry experience I have found a perfect pack for cross-country running, hiking, and climbing. The pack is light, perfect capacity for up to two days of activities, and is very well made. The price (50% off) also made the whole situation even better. | |
