GSI Outdoors Knife Review:

functional knife

i am impressed with this knife: a plastic knife that actually works- the blade is sharp enough to cut meat and veggies on your plate. the knife, fork and spoon are all great utensils- clean easily, are inexpensive, you can clip them or tie them together or hang them from the little hole in the handle. it is easy to label them with a Sharpie. about as good as it gets for car camping, picnics, river trips, etc.
