Ultra Speed Blend Carbon Frame that includes a 100mm Travel Independent Drivetrain®. GT’S patented Independent Drivetrain system keeps your efforts concentrated where they belong, eliminating pedal lag and giving you a smooth transition between uphill and down.

The Zaskar 100 is comprised of F.O.C. Ultra™ carbon. GT’s proprietary Forced Optimized Constructed (F.O.C.) carbon construction allows the frame to be built for greatly reduced flex, without adding unnecessary material. Therefore, the frame is both rigid and lightweight. The long top tube puts the rider in an aggressive position to allow you to navigate through gnarly terrain with your confidence in check.

Though the Zaskar 100 9R Expert is known for its rocket like responsiveness and efficiency, the Zaskar’s 100mm of travel is there to propel you over rocks, roots, and ruts, amongst other debris, so that nothing gets in the way of your speed. The Fox Float CTD rear shock allows you to toggle between Climb, Trail and Descend modes for optimized speed, efficiency, and control in any situation the trail may throw at you. The RockShox Reba RL further increases efficiency by providing 100mm of travel up front, with a tapered steerer and 15mm Maxle Thru Axle to increase front-end stiffness.

The GT Zaskar 100 9R Expert features a steadfast component arrangement for a plush build that can hold its own. The drive train is highlighted by a reliable combination that consists of a Shimano SLX crankset and shifters, and Shimano Deore XT derailleurs. The cockpit does not fall short of attractive, as the handlebar and stem bring the RaceFace craftsmanship, while the seatpost comes from none other than Crankbrothers. Fizik provides its saddle expertise for superior comfort during long days of competition.
