Positive Reviews:

all natural, tastes great, and WORKS

This is the only drink mix I've used for the past 2 years, used to be called GU2o. Contains NO artificial sweeteners that all the other electrolyte drinks have. Tastes great, lightly sweet and refreshing so you drink a lot; won't leave your mouth full of cotton like some of the other powders do. My favorites are blueberry pomegranite (2x sodium) and lemon lime. I use GU Brew on long training rides. It gets hot here in the summer and I have not had cramps once, even on an especially brutal, hilly century I cranked out hard last August on a record hot day. Only downside is it can clump up so you have to stir or shake well when you mix it.

My only energy drink now

This has become my only energy supplement. On really hot summer days, I utterly rely on this stuff (sometimes even post-outing, or for general rehydration).

I follow their instructions to half-fill the bottle, add the power, shake vigorously, then top up; with this, I have never had any clumping. Like some other commenters, I use about half their recommended powder quantity.

The only flavor I've tried is Lemon-Lime; it's tasty yet light, and I've never had any GI problems with it, so I'm not even interested in trying anything else.

Fantastic energy drink

Hands down, THE best sports drink on the market and I have tried everything.

The blueberry pomegranate flavour has extra sodium, and is really great for warm weather or indoor efforts where you are sweating lots. The flavour is pleasant and not too sweet. Unlike some other sports nutrition products, it tastes great even when the water is not really cold.

Dissolves well into water, not messy.

Heaven.... one spoonful at a time

Freaking delicious. If I had enough money, I'd fill a swimming pool with the stuff. I keep drinking it during my ride to prevent cramping, and it works great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I disagree with the serving instructions; use about half as many scoops as suggested, otherwise it makes you produce phlegm kind of like milk does. Besides the recipe adjustment, it's perfect.

Great Product

I agree fully with Ole's Review. I also have been using it for a couple of years (even when it was GU2O).
To combat the clumping, I discovered that if you put some water in first (1/2 cup or so) and then the powder. Shake it up and then fill the bottle with water. No clumping. That works every time.

GU is the best

During rides - Better tha any product I`ve tried.
The Blueberry Pomegranite tastes really good.
Great combined with Rocktane. Combination WILL pull you out of a slump. Not that hard to mix two scoops to room temp water, shake well and top with cold. Never clumped on me yet.

Doesn't cause nausea or cha cha's. Bueno

I bought this because it is what is going to be at the aid stations when I run the Colorado Marathon and I wanted to make sure it agrees with my GI system. I have used it on a few long runs and so far, so good.

Gud stuff but...

It's the first time I have tried this electrolyte drink. Unfortunately, the Orange flavor I think is the worst of its kind, must drink it cold or you might have a hard time downing the rest when it gets warm. It does hydrate VERY WELL. I filled my water pack and went for a 15+ mi ride in 100 degree heat, it helps combat the fatigue, and keeps your body hydrated. Mix it in small batches, 1 scoop at a time - shake very very well, then add more. Or else, you will end up with chunks of plaster.
