Maintain Electrolyte Balance Easily
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I use Endurolytes whenever I go on very long rides and whenever it's hot enough that I worry about excessive sweating throwing off my electrolyte balance. They're great because they're easy to take (just swallow the caplets or, if you prefer, open the caplets and add them to your drink) and pretty easy to carry with you during exercise. You just take a couple of caplets every hour or two, depending on conditions. You can even get a little caplet dispenser (which makes your life much easier if you're doing extended training or racing) from Hammer Nutrition if you want. Anecdotally, I had terrible problems with cramping -- especially in road races over 2 hours on hot days -- before I started using these. Now, I get cramps only very rarely. So they've really helped me. | |

Stop Cramping! | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Endurolytes are perfect if you are planning to take an on endeavor where you think cramping might become a factor. Perhaps a long bike ride or hike where you are worried about uncomfortable cramping. I find that Endurolytes are very effective in keeping those nasty knots out of my legs on long rides or during hot days when I might not be able to consume enough fluids. If you need to hedge against cramping during an activity, these are the perfect product you need! | |

A "Must Have" for every athlete!
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Endurolytes really are a "must have" product. Keeping electrolytes in balance is absolutely necessary for top performance. I use these daily to keep things in check during training, and am religious about using every hour during running, biking and adventure racing events. I would not think of doing a race without them! Anytime I feel the beginning of a muscle cramp I KNOW I have forgotten to take Endurolytes (or not enough) and pop one in my mouth for almost immediate relief! | |

Must have training/race item
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Iv'e used endurolytes for every Ironman I have done. Without these I would have never been able to do as well as I have in all my races. They work great with your sports drink and really prevent the cramping and muscle fatique that accompanies endurance training. I have actually had people come up to me during races and ask if I have any extra endurolyte's. A must have for any athlete | |

I wish I knew about these before

| Ditto what everyone else said about cramps. I wish I had know about these much earlier in life although I am not sure this product has existed for very long. I have had serious problems with cramps and muscle spasms while involved in any kind of lenthy endurance activity. This problem has been eliminated and I feel better overall during such events including backpacking and cycling. | |

Vital for performance | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is an important component to any fitness routine. When you sweat, you lose vital electrolytes and face it, water just does not cut it sometimes. Most of the other alternatives to rehydrate are nothing more than artificially flavored sugar water. This is the perfect blend of vital minerals/electrolytes that keep cramps away during hard efforts!! | |

Another great product | |

| I use Endurolyte Capsules a lot in the winter for short workouts on my trainer that are an hour or less and do not require calories. I take 2/3 with a glass of water and go. I also carry them on hot rides in the summer rides to supplement when Heed is not enough. | |

Cramps? What cramps? | |

| Endurolytes are not salt tablets; they provide a full complement of electrolytes. I was constantly having problems with cramping when doing long rides or runs. Since using Endurolytes, I have not had one cramp. You can increase or decrease the dosage to suit the conditions without overdosing on sodium. | |

| Taking endurolytes during my longer and hotter workouts has completely eliminated the cramping I used to get during my rides, trail runs, and hikes. I follow the suggested use/dosage guideline on the bottle. | |

Essential for endurance events

| The best electrolyte supplement available! Endurolytes has been indispenable for my training and racing. Several capsules before and during help to replace necessary electrolytes. | |
