I purchased these boots recently from Amazon and I love them. They are super-comfortable and I can wear them for 12 hours at work no problem. They may not be really heavy leather but they definitely do not seem synthetic as another reviewer mentioned. They are perfect for the office without seeming too attention-seeking and also work great for climbing on back of a real Harley.
These shoes seem pretty true to size. At about mid-calf, they are the perfect height to be worn over skinny jeans or under bootcut jeans. They are a little snug on the top of the foot, but I expect that will stretch a little with use. I will probably need to use an insert for arch support, but they are overall a nice looking, quality boot.
These boots are extremely confortable. They fit well. The leather does look like a simulated leather, but it says it is real...I really like them!

I'm returning these. These are not good-quality boots. The leather is thin and stiff and looks cheap, in fact, it almost looks synthetic. Also, they are uncomfortable - they fit true to size, but the foot is very stiff and there's a part that digs into your foot below the ankle bone. The heel is plastic, which guarantees slipping on smooth or wet surfaces. The shape is more that of a cowboy boot, not a motorcycle boot. It's hard for me to pass up shoes that fit since my size (5) is so hard to find, but these were uncomfortable and I kind of felt trashy wearing them.
