Another Coon Bites The Dust

I finally found a great location for raccoon trapping next to my deer feeder. I figured, "if they like eating corn, they'll love some tuna". Sure enough, first night in my new spot, i caught a nice female. The Havahart performed with precision and the coon didn't even have a chance. I would like it though, if Havahart could make an anti-pull through trap, so the coons couldn't pull so much junk into my traps. If i can do it, at 13 years old, so can anyone.

would highly recommend

excellent humane trap. Have caught raccoons, porcupine, & even the neighbors cat. both sides can be open, & the trigger is very sensetive. I would recomend this trap to anyone that wants to humanely catch a nusance animal.

Great Trap

This trap a little pricey but it works great from a wood chuck size down.

Negative Reviews:

tricky trap but no catch

I liked it when I bought it. It took me a while to get the doors set on it at first. But, when I finally thought I got it; I set it out and put some dog food nuggets into it. I've checked it daily and no rats. The food is gone and the doors open. Maybe they're just big mice, and not large enough for this type trap. Or the rodents are just too smart here!
