great value |

| We love these bags and you can't beat the price. We just packed in 10 days worth of camp gear onto an airplane and it did the job. They pack a lot in, have a few different compartments and handy rollers and concealed backpack straps - with kid and camp gear in tow, we used both. We liked the design - they lay flat (don't expect them to stand up like a suitcase roller - they don't) but we found this took up less space in the car and they were more malleable for stowing irregularly shaped things inside. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside so far is that one of the zipper toggles broke off on the first day (we now just use the alternate part of the double-zip). Otherwise, these bags (we bought two in different sizes) were perfect for us. We love them. |

Good size, not so durable |

| This bag is a great size for me. I found that I can cram just about everything I need into it for a longer trip and still come in just under the weight limit for checked bags. The bag is capacious with only a few pockets, the wheels are large and the handle is plenty long (2 height options), although there are no feet so it doesn't stand up on its end. The zippers are not very sturdy and the airlines have already ripped the side for me, but with a bit of repair I think this bag will continue to travel with me for a while yet. If it's a deal, go for it, but when mine finally croaks I will look for a different 30" wheeled duffel with stronger fabric and more rugged zippers. |

all purpose travel bag |

| For the reduced price on Sierra Trading Post, this is a great travel bag. 30" size is big enough to pack most anything. Any larger and it could be packed too heavy, and it would also exceed most airline non-oversized luggage dimensions. I would not recomment it for backpacking/camping, but the shoulder straps give an extra option for toting in airports and from builing to building. This has been used on weekend trips for the whole family, kid's summer camps, and even a medical mission to Honduras. Problems: velcro to secure the handle straps is not enough, bottom support near the rolling wheels is starting to sag and wear. |

BIG durable bag |

| My husband used this on a month long trip in SE Asia. We lugged that bag aboard 9 flights, trains, buses, vans, taxis, tuk-tuks, hand carts, jumbos, and long-tailed boats with minimal difficulty. It is a large bag, so we had to make sure it was on the bottom. The added straps on the back were helpful when traversing difficult terrain. It was easy to lock and the side pouches very helpful for storing dirty or wet items and items you needed to get to quickly. The durability and quality are very good and it should last quite a while. |

Great duffel for 10 day vacation |

| Bag is durable and lightweight. Able to pack lots of clothes (bulky jackets & sweaters too) for a 10 day trip. Perfect weight to fill up and put on a plane and not exceed 50 lbs.. Easy to bring in & out of hotel rooms and didn't take up lots of space. Love the color options. Zippers worked great. Only used for this trip so can't verify durability but went to 5 hotels in 10 days and 4 different flights without incident. |

This Duffel is the BEST! |

| We already owned one of these - had carried it everywhere, including overseas. Needed a second duffel in a hurry - bought one locally. Bad idea. On the OTHER bag (not this one), the first trip across the country, the plastic around the wheels broke, and the second trip, the handle jammed. We took that bag back, and ordered ANOTHER High Sierra Rolling Duffel Bag -- and we are THRILLED! This is a great duffel. |

Very good value. |

| The sum of its dimensions (30x15x14=59") falls short of the airlines max allowance of 62". It would be nice to max out the airline baggage allowance. The next size up (36") exceeds the airlines allowance of 62" by four inches. This is enough to incur the $175 oversize baggage fee (Delta). The bag itself however appears well made and uses good quality hardware. Time will tell how it holds up to airline baggage handlers. |

Fabulous Bag! |

| This will great when we fly and don't want to take extra bags. It is roomy enough to fit everything I'd need for an extended trip, and no more problems trying to haul a heavy bag through the airport. The handle and wheels are sturdy, and making airline connections in a large airport will no longer consist of frequent rest stops and back and shoulder aches. |

Straps, handles, and rock 'n roll |

| You can roll it by its retractable handle; pick it up and carry it, if you're strong enough; or slip the backpack straps over your shoulders. Dragging it by the end handle has also been tried, but it causes the nylon to wear more quickly. The variety of colors makes them easy to spot and retrieve from the airport baggage carousel. |

Nicer than expected |

| Our adventure tour company asked for us to bring duffels as they can be loaded on trucks, etc. more easily than hardsides, which I have seen sliding off of ten feet high piles. It works for us! We also enjoyed the lower prices. It may be a little too big, but we will be gone almost three weeks. |
