| i've used this product for months with total satisfaction. i consume one or two before morning runs and have had no issues with digestion or upset stomach. i'll accept no substitutes. ps- peanut butter ‘n honey and berry banana buzz are my favorite flavors. rocket chocolate has a definite chocolate flavor. apple cinnamon with cranberries is middle of the road. | |
