Love this machine | |

| Had for over a month now, me and the family use it everyday. It's the smoothest exercise equipment that I ever used. I expect it to last many years based on the construction. I tried them all out at Dicks and this was the most solid....others at the store had loose handles and were not any where as smooth. I also like how you feel like you won't fall off of this machine. I highly recommend it. | |

Quality product | |

| Product came nicely packaged with easy to understand instructions. I assembled product myself in approx. 2hrs. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, and I would compare it to the Cybex Arc trainer, which would have cost more than twice what I paid. Don't be intimidated to assemble it yourself. | |

Great Work Out | |

| I love the challenging workouts. I use it several times a week and actually look foward to doing so. Smooth Operation, very sturdy. [...] Well worth it.Previously, I did aerobics, but my knees and back started to hurt. This machine is easy on your joints and I have no more pain. | |

Worst service imaginable!
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Plan on throwing away your Horizon product if it needs parts in 3-4 years. That's the point where Horizon no longer supplies parts, and you have to deal with a trashy outfit called U.S. Assembly. After two weeks of leaving phone messages and sending emails, I've still gotten no response. Stay away from Horizon unless money grows on trees where you live. | |

Not what I expected | |

| I thought that this would be heavy duty like a club model. I already had to have service to replace the incline motor. | |

For the price , you could do better.

| I bought this one because of it's design. I didn't know they couldn't fix the noise that the one side makes. It's really annoying . I could have spent a lot less and probably been happier. It's too big and heavy to move around or return. | |
