Secure just about any bike with the Inno(r) universal fork lock II rooftop bike rack. This locking rack attaches to most factory crossbars, and it holds a bike in the upright position, simply by removing the front wheel and clamping the fork. The anodized aluminum tray is lightweight and strong, and the tire holder secures tires up to 2.7".
