the label said comes with an adapter to fit tippmanns. Tippmann makes 3 popular guns: 98, a5, x7. The a5 has the same barrel as the x7. This barrel does NOT fit the a5 or the x7, so it doesn't fit 2/3 of tippmann markers.
The barrel came with about a teaspoon of dust on the inside. after cleaning that out, it was still so uneven inside.
The barrel had a ridge, even without using the adapter. The adapter had a ridge in that too. If you screw the adapter on the barrel, there will be 3 ridges in the gun. I'm talking about conection points, not rifling. Its terrible, chops paint/inaccurate on my other marker. do not get even if it fits your gun.

Bad Design

Rating:*
I had my stock barrel on my Spyder MR1 and figured I should replace it. Well i bought and went to shoot, realized the ball wood duck or break in the barrel. I went threw 4 different kinds of paintballs (figuring the paintball was the problem. Then i realized when i put a ball in the barrel its not a smooth ride. The barrel on the inside is way bigger then the size of the ball which was causing it to bounce up and down. It would either spin out the barrel or break inside it. Which is a pain to clean!! Also over priced. Bought a 16" for 20 dollars great shooting and very quite.

If u want to compete dont buy it

Rating:*
Ok if u want a gift dont by this barrel. Its just stupid 1st of all u dont use a speedball barrel on 98 2nd its 1 piece wich=11111100000000000000000000000000000000 chops, Overpriced u can get a 2piece jr freak or proto 4 like 60 and r better barrels, u will prob shoot ur friend by accident wit this, if u by this and play pb competivly utr lieng or ur gun must suk. If ur using a tippmann by a tac. barrel smart parts makes great 1s so does tipp.

Very bad

Rating:*
I went to play paintball with this. It broke a lot of paint inside the barrel. I wouldn't buy this again. I would spend a little bit more and get a better barrel.
