K2 built the top-of-the-line 6 Speed Ski Pole for hardcore riders who need style, strength, and light weight. K2 applied twelve strings of lightweight, strong carbon fiber to the length of the 6 Speed's durable composite shaft. The clan at K2 know style matters—even in poles—so they gave this performance ski pole a chrome and leather grip, redesigned this season for improved handling. They even included two different baskets for soft or hard snow performance.

Can't break 'em

Rating:*****

K2 has brought what every skier has always wanted. Poles that don't break after the first big crash. I went through 5 or 6 pairs a season before I got these, and my first pair were unbreakable, and I like them so much that I got a new pair. I would recommend these for anyone that is sick of breaking poles all of the time

K2 6 Speed Poles

Rating:****

Awesome poles, skied with them for two years. Skiing over New Year's this past year though, the temps were bitter cold (0-ish) and one of my poles shattered as I planted it to shift my weight in a fast turn. I suppose that's the worst part about carbon fiber - it shatters instead of bends like aluminum.

Awesome Poles

Rating:*****

I bought these poles After having a cheaper pair of aluminum poles for years and the difference is worth every penny. K2 did an awesome job in every aspect with these pole, the grips are designed so the keep your hands in a comfortable position and the carbon fiber shafts take the brute of the impact.
