These are great!
These shoes were great! Every year I go on vacation to a place where we spend hours a day in a river with a rocky bed and we used to just wear old sneakers to protect our feet and get some traction. Going barefoot a few times (soggy sneakers dont' feel particularly good) produced banged up feet and dirt/under my toenails that lasted for what seemed like weeks. With the Keen shoes I had lightweight traction and protection that was AWESOME. At first I was sad that they didn't have half sizes available b/c I'm a half size but the size smaller proved to work best in the water anyway to prevent the shoes from moving around at all on my feet.

I own these in both black and red!
I have a complete drop foot on one foot and usually have to wear a brace with my shoes. Around the house I can go barefoot, but shoes are typically to heavy to wear without the brace. These shoes are so light weight, easy to get on and off that I wear them all the time outside without my brace and I even make sure to bring them backpacking because they are fantastic around the campsite after a long hiking day. I loved the black pair I bought (full price at a retail store),so when I saw the red ones on sale I bought them too!

comfy, flexible, lightweight
have not worn these yet in the water, but the thing i love right away about these shoes is that they are so flexible and lightweight, but still have enough umph in the sole that i can probably wear these all day - beach to town - and be very comfortable. I can imagine they may stink after a while, but at least the material is super fast to dry and a little time drying out in the sun should probably do the trick. i was surprised that they seemed a little snug - definitely order a size up if you are between sizes.

Love these little shoes!
I bought these shoes to take to Hawaii with me so I could walk across the lava to get into the water and wanted shoes that could get wet. These worked so well that I even swam with them when the bottom was rocky. They're comfortable and good-looking enough to wear to lunch. They do take quite a while to dry and can get a little clammy and stinky. I was glad I followed the advice to order up if I'm a half-size. The 9 fit my sized 8 1/2 foot nicely.

This was a great purchase! I needed water shoes for our next adventure which was climbing the Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica. The shoes felt very sturdy. The strap over the foot made the shoe feel very secure. There was great traction. I wear a size 7 shoe and I felt like they were a little snug. Also, we were walking in some sandy areas and the sand/little pebbles got stuck in the shoes very easily. Despite these two things, I would definitely recommend these shoes - but a size bigger.

Good overall, but some negatives...
I got these shoes to wear at a rocky beach so I'd have some protection and traction. They are good overall, but the fit it not as snug as I'd have liked. Also, they take a LONG time to dry.
On a positive note, they are very cute for water shoes and look like mary janes, which made it easy to walk around and go into shops and restaurants without feeling underdressed.
I am also a kayaker, and am looking forward to wearing these shoes for my next kayaking adventure.

Brought these on a sailing excursion in the Caribbean, and I actually wore them for my flight, since they are easy-on, easy-off, and I didn't want to tie and untie my sneakers. They are perfect for casual wear on or off the boat. They don't have any arch support, so I couldn't wear them for long periods of time, and wouldn't wear them for any strenuous activities, but I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. They are a bit snug, but they have not caused any discomfort or blisters.

so far so good
I needed new crocs and decided to buy these instead because I figured they'd be less likely to fall off my feet and would have more traction. They have a secure fit and definately more traction than I thought they'd have. I really bought them for kayaking this season, so I'll be interested to see how they work out then. The only negative I've found so far is that they are not very breathable, as my feet sweat in them (Which doesn't normally happen with me).

Great, supportive water shoes
I normally wear a 7.5 in Keen, and went down to 7 (which I was concerned about because others thought these ran small). I am glad that I got the 7. My toes are toward the end of the shoe, but I have learned with water shoes that you really don't want them to be too big, or they'll fall off in the water. These are secure, but if they were too big, they might fall off. Much more support than usual water shoes.

comfortable and practical
I got these shoes to wear on a cruise vacation so I could wear them at the beaches and also do some sightseeing with them. They fit like typical Keen shoes - wider toe box and a little short. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and so ordered a 9. They fit perfectly & I am thrilled with them. They are super comfortable and give more support than other styles of water shoes.

Not as expected.
I wasn't too thrilled with this water shoe. First off, I wear a 10, and ordered a 10 & it was too small. Secondly, it just didn't meet my expectations from a Keen product. I did not wear it in water, but it seemed as if it had poor drainage. The elastic strap that ran across the top of the shoe, was loose and there's no way that it would have held the shoe on while walking in water. I returned them. They did seem to have good traction for walking poolside, but I wouldn't recommend them for walking out in a lake or ocean.

Product is a wide fit
I use these to protect the soles of my feet as I step into the water for getting in and out of my kayak. I find they aren't very secure for me because they are cut wide, both at the heel and the toe end. I have narrow heels. However, as long as I don't have to walk in them too much, they do their job.

It doesn't fit, I'm stuck with it.
I wear an 8 1/2 shoe, my original order was for a size 9, which was oddly too short. I exchanged for a size 10 which is too loose. The price of the shoes [...] were [$]. [...] They were only a great deal, if they fit correctly. You had to have known those shoes were sized wronged.

I would not recommend this product
They are easy to put on but are not able to stay on with swimming. I bought the same size as my regular shoe and seem a bit big. Although they are a bit big, the bottom pad seems incorrectly place and makes them uncomfortable. I returned both pairs and purchased a aqua watershoe that has been excellent!

Not right fit
The fit was not right for my foot. I have wide feet and they were still too big in the width. I don't feel they would stay on well for rafting so I am returning them for Tevas.

I returned these shoes because ...
I returned the shoes because they were not a good fit for me; They were too wide & too short.

good shoes, tight in toe
This shoe is fine for wallowing in the water and on a boat, but don't expect to wear them for long periods of time. They are very light and they dry quickly - all important features of water shoes. However, they are very very wide, and seem to swallow my narrow feet. Also, they are made with loads of elastic material (to keep them on when you are in the water) but that causes the front of the shoe to roll up and cram your toes. All and all, good for the price, but bring an extra pair to change into when you dry off.

So wanted . . . to love
I'm wondering if Keen resized this shoe. I've wanted this shoe since it came out (2+ years ago). Originally tried on in store in a 9 which was too long and came off too easily. Ordered the 8 and it is too short (my toes hit the end). The fit is wide, which I need. 8-1/2 would have been ideal, though not offered in this style.

I'll be returning these because they don't fit. I usually wear a 9.5. I ordered a size 10 and they were too short and too wide. Other than that, it seems like a nice shoe and I was disappointed that they didn't fit.

works for me
I use these for a water class and they are good at providing traction so one doesn't slip. I would have liked a little more arch support and quicker drying, but they work for my purpose.

comfortable and great for the pool
These are lightweight and look like a shoe. they seem a little short, but will work great in the pool.
