The Leek series includes some of our most popular knives. And no wonder. Kershaw's Leeks offer Ken Onion's distinctive design as well as the SpeedSafe ambidextrous assisted opening system. With SpeedSafe, the user can smoothly and easily deploy the blade with one hand, either left or right. Leeks come in a variety of handle styles, some with technologically advanced coatings for enhanced performance. For example, the bead-blasted stainless steel handle offers strength and beauty. A handle with black Tungsten DLC coating produces a Leek with a non-reflective surface. For ease of carrying, all Leeks include a reversible/removable pocket clip.

"A custom quality knife, for a great price. & assisted opening = awesomeness"

| This knife is amazing to say the least. Im not rally sure where to start. The blade is always a good spot to start. For a knife that cost under 100, one doesn't expect much as far as high quality steel. Most knives are plane jane 440, but this one comes with Sandvik 13C26 stainless-steel, which is a Swedish made high carbon steel that will hold an edge longer, is easy to sharpen, and not stain as easily as the less expensive steel. Great attention to detail. Plus this thing is shaving sharp, right out of the box. The feel and balance is awesome too. The build quality is great too. The locking mechanism is solid and confidence inspiring, and even has a neat little finger scoop to keep your ha | |

"Not quite as hardcore knife-geeky as some others, but a good value and lots of fun."

| Great knife.. Nowhere near as well made as the stuff from a higher end company like benchmade mini-griptilian or even spyderco delica, but it's sharp!!!!, holds an edge well and opens very well. NOT a particularly good design when it comes to the closing mechanism closing it one handed has your fingers a little too close to the pointy bits but it's definitely a fun toy. The little slider that locks the blade closed is a big weak point and breaks on a lot of these knives, but Kershaw replaced mine for free...which is good, because without it you run the risk of a really nasty surprise when you dip your hand into your pocket for your keys. Kershaw has AWESOME customer service. | |

"Guaransheed for LIFE,!"

| Well, I can't speak for Wallace, but Kershaw has a lifetime guarantee for this product! A+ Also, I love how lightweight the knife is and the spring loaded release makes it easily portable and usable. A must have for the travelin' woman, well mom felt better about my cross-country travel to Cali [from MI] with it and I wouldn't have purchased a knife from anyone, but MJ. The sales guy knew his stuff, which was a major help in the decision-making process. | |

"This thing will do it all!"

| I have been a EMT for 7 years and a backpacker for about 3. This knife will do anything! I have pried metal off of patients with it, cut seatbelts, clothes, rope or just about anything else. The edge holds great and shappens real easy. If you dont have one buy one just to have it. All the cool kids have one! | |

"I personally don't know too much about knifes, but I ended up returning it anyways."
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This was for my boyfriend. It's the knife he wanted, but i ended up returning it because it was made in March of 2007. According to the bf, Kershaw started using a different better, stronger type of steel for the blade around July 2007, so he didn't want this one. Also, the girl at the register couldn't find the right box, so she stuck it in a different one. It was supposed to come with a leather pouch, but since she couldn't find the box, it didn't come with the purchase. | |
