Worth the money | |

| This is the first time I've used trekking poles. They do an amazing job of reducing stress on your lower body. If your knees hurt after a long day of walking, get trekking poles. Compared to my black diamond adjustable ski poles, these seem to collapse easily under a heavy load if they are not locked just right. Nonetheless, I will probably use them for back country ski touring as well because they are very light and comfortable. | |

| The Titanal poles are very light, with EVA full foam. and it's short enough so I can put it into my 65L Alpine Lowe backpack easy when I travel by plane. | |

| Carbide tips do not last in scree. Local REI store replaces them for $12. This is my 2nd set of Titanal poles, really like them. | |

| Few things have changed my outdoor enjoyment as much as adding poles to mountain hiking. Still wonder what I did before them. | |
