Super cool
After reading reviews I was a bit concerned about the fit, but I'm so glad I ordered them. I'm 44, not stick thin, and I still like the fit. Got compliments the first time I wore them. They are plush and stretchy, but don't stretch out. Very comfortable. They do have a low rise, but I wouldn't say they are meant to be super low, if they do fit that way on some. I was glad they worked out and have ordered a pair in the raven. I have the plum in a size 8.
Nice Fitting Pants
I got these pants in black and they really have a great fit about them. I wear a size 8 (I have athletic legs) and they are nice and form fitting and flattering. The only problem that I encountered was that they get very linty quickly so they won't be good if you have pets. They fit low and modern and I really feel they need a belt to look good, but they are great pants overall.

I have other pairs of Kuhl pants so when I saw these for the great price they were a must have. I another pair in a different color and always get many complements on them.

I usually buy a size 6 in pants and needed to go up one size. The fit is not tight, but snug. The detail stitching is great and the overall look is stylish and fun.

I love these pants although the fabric is a bit scratchy around my waist. The problem was easily solved by wearing a cami and tucking it in.

Junior Fit
I agree with the other reviewer who says these are designed for the younger generation -- meaning teenagers. I'm 40 years old, slim & wear low rise pants occasionally. But these are LOW, apparently designed to show off a thong. Not my style at all & I would say even if you are a teenager to order one size up. They're cut very tight.
For the younger generation
I'm a pretty standard size 4 petite and I could barely get these on. Very short waisted, big pockets, tight legs. Seems more geared to the early 20's generation.

nice concept but not as expected
saw these on another site that said front rise was 8 1/2 (perfect) and back rise 13 in. which also sounded perfect. but these really do dip down in the back. i don't mind a lower front or sides but i hate that low gap in the back. also, i should probably avoid 32 in. inseams since they are never quite long enough for clogs or wedges (i'm 5' 8"). sometimes they are closer to 33 so i'll usually give it a try but these would have been too short. all that being said, the color and fabric are lovely, soft, comfy, and i love back flap pockets -- one of the main reasons i tried these pants, and kuhl is good quality. but they are going back. the back rise would have driven me crazy. oh, and they do run small. i'm an 8 or even 6 and got the 10, which would have been a good fit if i had liked the waist.
