The KUHL Men’s Rebel Pant rises against the norm to give you something comfortable to wear that you can depend on for all of your work, play, or beer-drinking needs. Rubberized reinforcements in the cuffs and pockets make it harder for you to break this baby to shreds. Brushed interior fabric feels soft and smooth against your skin when you shovel some snow or wring in the horses. Articulated knees allows for plenty of movement when you have to saddle up or work on the truck, and it’s easy to care and wash.

I've had these for three months and want more. I'd like to see a new color like gray or steel. Any pant this well designed is for me. The fit is perfect as I bike in the summer and ski in the winter and have pretty large thighs. They seem bomb proof. I have not had any fading problems like those listed below but I have followed instructions to wash them inside out with mild detergent no whiteners. The fade is really cool. Some of the best pants I own and super useful if you camp or hike or do chores but also can wear them to the office. Love these pants.
I'd like to think that one day I will find the perfect pant to do it all, hike, travel, camp, go to the office. These are the closest I've come so far on my elusive search. I've worn them day after day, and the wear guards take the brunt of the high use. I like them so much I wear them to work... and on weekends all in all I ordered two more pairs and plan to take them on my trip to Machu Pichu this spring '11.
Probably the best pants I've owned. It has fabric guards on the cuffs and pockets and something printed on high wear areas to reinforce them. I have skiers thighs and they fit me great. I plan to buy one more pair. Great pants!
These are great. The long length is perfect for my 35" inseam and they are very comfortable. I can wear them several weeks without washing and they hold the fit very well. I plan to buy more for sure!
I really liked these pants. They are solid and sturdy construction and I had hoped that I could squeeze into the 32x32 but my butt was just too big. Get some 34x32 Backcountry!
Simply the best pants in the outdoor clothing industry. My wife complains that I wear them to often!
After the second wash I had a hole open up on the side pocket that had seen no use whatsoever in the three days I owned the pants. I exchanged them at the store hoping it was a fluke. Unfortunately, after the second washing of the second pair of pants I had another hole open up. This time about 8 inches above the knee. I had not worn the pants doing anything strenous whatsoever, just simple daily tasks. So, as much as I liked the pants, the durrability was seriously lacking. I contacted customer service with picture of the problem, and was told no one else had brought this problem to their attention, and they seemed to have "significant wear around the area of the hole"; Which is absurd, the only thing they could be misinterpreting as "significant wear" is the mottled coloring that was explained to me as normal and a result of the dying process. If they wont hold up to simple daily tasks, I can only imagine how poorly they would fair after a couple days in the woods. very dissatisfied with the company and the product.
These pants are unique and really good looking...unfortunately like the other reviewers experienced they fell apart after one washing. And I don't mean fabric discoloration. That happened too (white streaks) and added character, sort of. The problem was the fabric itself just shredded, as in holes, notably on the left thigh pocket.
A shame because there isn't another style like these pants, with nice touches such as leather reinforcement on the pocket tops.
I love these pants even though, as other reviewers have said, they don't last very long. By "last" I mean, mine developed holes near the crotch that I had to patch.
I love the way they look, and they feel ok, but dang, I wish the crotch was gusseted or at least stitched way better.
It might be because they're euro pants and over here we wear pants a bit lower, contributing to the stress in the nether regions when moving.
The fade is cool but I just wish the material stood up to rough handling better. There are many reviews like this, in fact the first one on google says "DO NOT BUY" :) I'll still buy them, when they're on sale...
