Don't be fooled by its small, lightweight design. This clever multi-tool is loaded with a variety of components that will help get the job done.

The Leatherman Kick is all about efficiency. Thoughtful engineering means blades are longer, sharper, stronger. A tapped screw allows you to choose a pocket clip (sold separately) instead of a belt sheath.

"Great tool for a hundred-and-one different situations!"

| I actually purchased the Leatherman Fuse tool from moosejaw, but since it's no longer available here, and since the only difference is the scissors, I figured I could offer some insight into the Kick. Having upgraded from an older leatherman, I found the new rubbery hand grips to be a nice addition. They allow a bit more grip comfort when you're using the pliers. One minor negative thing that is worth mentioning is that the tools inside the handle knife, screwdriver, etc can be difficult to pull out for someone with big hands and short fingernails. There are little metal tabs, but I find it hard to grab some of the tools without either pulling them all out at once or using another to | |

Good for its price | |

| I used this for quite a while as an electrician (until it was lost). It was a great backup tool if I forgot to bring a more specific tool. It took about a month of use before it got loose enough to use comfortably. At one time or another, I used every tool in it, and they all usually did a good enough job. I did NOT like the plasic handle material. While using lots of pressure and twisting it around, it would bite into my hand and get painful after a while. The various tools are easy enough to clean, but the inside around the joints is difficult to reach. | |

NIce tool | |

| I received this as a gift about a year ago. I have found it to be a great all around tool to have. There is a tool for about everything you need for a quick fix. The quality is great. The wire clipper did not stand up to some serious cutting I did. I had to file off the blunt edges but I was probably 'abusing' the tool when I did it... | |

very good tool for the price

| this tool is very good for the money. the blade is also suprisingly sharp for the price, maybe the sharpest out of the box blade i've ever had. i didn't give it a perfect score because it lacks some tools that are essential for a multi-tool, like a saw, file, and serrated blade. | |

Dependable | |

| The Leatherman Kick is a good tool. It has held up well with repeated use. I would have granted it five stars if it was all metal, there is a plastic lining/interior that seems a little flimsy (it hasn't broken yet but it doesn't inspire confidence). | |

"exactly the tools I need."

| Small, light-weight, inexpensive, and has just the right tools. I use mine constantly. Cons, not as many tools as some of the more expensive, but just right for me. Oh, and the best part is leatherman will repair it anytime. | |

"Buy a leatherman, but check out the nicer models"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| i do love my leatherman - don't get me wrong. the quality is far beyond any other multi-tools that i used. the grip handles are great, and they have a million uses. it's like have a toolbox in your pocket. that being said, there are some setbacks. i think they are probably due to the fact that this is the base model. the knife is kind of flimsy and a little hard to access, although it is razor sharp. also, i use the wire cutters once and it bent them so now they always get stuck closed. i am thinking about upgrading to the wave - their flagship model. i love this multi-tool, but i need a better knife, scissors, and locking tools. | |

"Handy, but some of the tools are a bit small to be any use"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| As always, Leatherman has an impressive amount of tools in a impressing light and small item. However, I find lots of the tools on these ones to be too small. I always carry a regular knife when I'm out in the wilderness and I rarely need a saw at this size either. The plier however, is really handy for anything from cooking to repairs. | |

Nice tool | |

| I like the tool overall but found the clipers dulled quickly when cutting wire. Blade does not lock into place so I'm a bit worried when using it. Overall though it is very handy to have and the price was right. | |
