Popular with travelers and photographers worldwide, the Leki® Sierra Antishock poles bring a classic look to modern poles.
The solid wood knob on the top of Leki's Sierra Antishock Trekking Pole unscrews, so you can mount a scope, camera, or a Y-attachment for a hunting gun. This way, you get a hiking staff and a monopod in one adjustable pole. The Antishock system in the Sierra Trekking Pole absorbs impact, and the rubber tip won't click and clack on pavement and rockbed. Adjust this Leki walking staff to the right height for your legs or for that wildlife photo.

The Sierra Antishock from Leki is perfect for casual travel adventures. Built to share the load on paved streets and trails, it includes a camera mount to allow for instant transformation to a camera monopod to let you get sharp pictures in low light situations.

Ideal for hiking, the Leki Sierra's removable wooden knob reveals an integrated camera mount. Soften the impact and save your wrists with the LEKI Antishock Spring System. Features: Camera mount feature. SLS Locking System. SAS Antishock System. Interchangeable Basket System for trail and winter use. Rosewood Knob with Foam grip. Carbide Flex Tip. Adjusts from 78-145cm.
The Leki(r) Sierra Antishock pole is a single-staff walking stick that's perfect for strolling gentler terrain.

An indispensably useful design for photo/nature
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Seemingly well-designed and well-made, with a few reservations: The materials and finish are excellent, but the plastic tighteners for the adjustable telescoping sections are a bit tough to engage sometimes, requiring a lot of tightening or loosening. The rubber 'boot' for the carbide tip is extremely tight, and difficult to get off. At least it was on mine, though that should loosen somewhat with use. The finely adjustable sliding sections of the Leki make it more fine-tunable, which can be useful if fine adjustment is important, and the materials and finish are top-flight. Leki has a reputation for excellence and strength. | |

Anti-shock better than expected
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is my first trekking pole. I do a lot of hiking, and I bring my camera and I used to bring my tripod with me on every hike. Now, with a small ball-head and a quick release, picture taking is easy in the woods. At first I was skeptical about the anti-shock feature, but now that I have used it, I find it to be quite handy. Plus if I can turn off this feature by simply unscrewing the staff if I want to take more stable pictures. Can't beat the price either. | |

Simply stated...perfect

| Without this pole my recent trip to New Zealand and Australia would not have been possible. After spinal surgery two years ago, my balance and walking strength were impaired and this pole enabled me to not only navigate airports, and streets...but allowed me to "keep up with the group" when on bus tours and bush treks. Thank you, Altrec and Leki for giving me the chance for adventure | |

Very well built and sturdy was a walking staff
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This walking staff is very well made and sturdy - however, when extended fully for use as a camera platform the lowest section is rather thin and is not as sturdy as one would like for a heavy camera or lens. It is fine for a small camera - for a larger, heavy camera I would go with a Manfrotto/Bogen Monopod. | |

Great pole, top quality material.
| Rating: | ![]() |
| The Sierra AS is the perfect fit for what I had been looking for. The material is top quality, the workmanship is excellant. At my 185 lbs the AS system works well as with the fact that the pole has a limited amount of flex. Additional tips have been easy to locate. | |
