"Back Relief" | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I was a bit skeptical at using poles for hikes. I have a bad back and was real surprised at the relief the poles provide to the stress subjected. It took a bit getting used to, but once adjusted properly and in the groove, it was really a lot of fun. Further, the anti-shock feature of these specific poles absorbed much of the impact, minimizing the stress to my body. Would definitely recommend. | |

"If you want to go like the energizer bunny, these are for you!" | |

| First off I was skeptical about using trekking poles instead of my hiking stick, but after seeing how much it helped my friend on his hike I broke down and bought these. They are comfortable to hang on to, with the adjustable straps and breathable grips. The anti-shock feature of the poles really saves your arms and shoulders on longer hikes. Well worth what I spent on them! | |

Absorb the bumps | |

| These poles are great. Really make a difference when you've got a lot of weight on your back. The shock absorbers work very well. Very comfortable handles, although they can get a little slimy if your hands sweat a lot. They dry quickly, though. | |
