"LEKI POLE IS SIMPLY THE BEST !"

Rating:*****
I love this product. I am a young man who has hit by a car while cycling. I severely damaged one leg, which requires me to use a cane for walking. I had used a standard medical cane for the past 2 years. I thought my days of hiking were over...until I learned of the Leki Wanderfreund. This pole comes with a carbide tip for woodland hikes, & a rubber cap for urban use. It is VERY lightweight, stylish, comfortable, adjustable, & of extreme high quality. Before the Leki, I had tried all sorts of medical canes with special handles and grip angles. The Leki is by far the most comfortable to use, especially if you have shoulder or wrist pain. If you use a cane, then this is as good as it gets. I d

"Very good"

Rating:*****
This is the second Leki Trekking Pole I have purchased. I find the Tekking Pole makes an excellent cane. The handle is extremely comfortable. The wrist strap is great because it allows me to use my hand while not dropping the cane. Finally the ability to collapse the pole makes it very convenient when traveling especially in airplanes. The latest Tekking Pole weighs less and is thus easier to carry. The only drawback that I see to the new pole is the locking and unlocking mechanism. On my original Leki Trekking Pole I could unlock the pole by twisting between a half and three-quarter turn which made for easy adjustments. The new pole requires several twists before each piece can be

"As my joints and limbs age, I know the wanderfreund will allow me added years of hiking outdoors"

Rating:*****
I just purchased my 2nd Wanderfreund Trekking pole. I got my 1st last year when I was temporarily desabled due to some complications with an ankle surgery. Now that I am contemplating going backpacking this summer, I know I will need assistance and the Wanderfreund will come to my aid again as a pair of trekking poles. I love this pole and as a cane was the classiest cane I could think of.

"A terrific, quality product."

Rating:*****
Unfortunately, I have developed a condition that is requiring me to need more stability when walking, climbing, etc. I have never owned an actual hiking staff before, but decided to go with you guys after visiting the Ann Arbor store. This thing is great! Not bulky, terrific hand grip, very good price and it actually looks kind of cool. I'll be ordering another one soon, so that I have a "back-up".

"Indespensible for my adventures in Peru's Incan ruins!"

Rating:*****
Climbing the thousands of steps in the Incan ruins of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu in Peru was daunting for me and my knees. I would not have been able to do it without the Leki Trekking Pole. In addition, the ease of adjusting allowed me to compensate for the different types of climbing-stairs to steep inclines. It was also easy to adjust for packing and attaching to my backpack.

"It rocks! And it works good on the trails too."

Rating:*****
Its great! Super light, strong and duarable. I use it as a cane and and hiking stick and it works great at both. I have eyed many a girl checking out my pole now. If someone would steal my pole my would order another.
