Levi's 550 Relaxed Fit - Slim

I am thoroughly impressed in every way by Zappos. I found them on Google while searching for the impossible to find size that my son wears in Levi's. None of the major department stores had them, not even online. I thought Zappos must be too good to be true, but gave them a shot. They were everything they claim to be and more! I worried that the jeans might be irregulars, because I ordered them at a price that was better than the sale prices at my local dept. store. I placed the order on a Sunday evening and was shocked (pleasantly) when they were delivered on Tuesday - with free shipping to boot! The jeans were exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier. Zappos has my business and I tell everyone how great they are. They definitely have the right attitude about good customer service!

Thank you! I am so grateful that Zappos carries Slim sizes in Levi's for teenage boys (16-20)! It's so hard to find pants to fit my long legged, trim sized boy. My son is very thin; 550 slim fit Levi's are the only proper fit for him. One week until school begins and still no jeans. I go to Zappos site and just like magic there they were and on sale! One day later I received them that really blew me away; they fit and looked great. What more can I say? Zappos is great!

Fast delivery (and free) jeans were as expected and I could not find the slim Levis in most stores, my first experience with Zappos and I will be back.
