Mad Rock Switchback Approach Shoe

Men's Footwear > Approach ShoesRated: *** by 1 review.

The Mad Rock Men’s Switchback Approach Shoe does everything your climbing shoes can’t. The tough leather upper and sticky Mad Rubber sole handle the approach to the crag, and the fold-down heel makes the Switchback the ideal crag slipper in between routes. For long, multi-pitch days, this lightweight approacher flattens out and slides into your small daypack for the hike out.

Reviews:

Cool, but with a weird fit.

Rating:***
These shoes are cool and do pack flat like they say, very sticky rubber, etc... However the toe box is stiff and for me, too small to be comfortable. I ordered the same size as my street shoes and found that I can only wear them for any period of time without socks.
