Great for wide feet:)))))

I like these boots, the fact they fit my wide feet is great, I am normally a 10EEEE, yes a 4E or double wide in running shoes. These seem to fit great and are flexible enough to add thick socks, and option I couldnt do with my Rossingolds. The do seem to be a half a size long though in comparison to my Rossingold; Im not complaining, I like being able to wear double socks in this weather.

The only real negative is the color was wrong. My pair was not solid black, but largely brown with black trim. Normally I would return them for the correct color, but I have snow now and who cares what color my boots are, Im BC skiing, not trolling for booty.

Good support and very warm

After a back country trip a few years ago where I had cold damage to my feet, I look for warmth in a boot and the Madshus Glittertind did not let me down. They are warm, offer good support and are the perfect match for my Madshus Eon skis. Deep snow on the boots never melted and entered, the lace system is easy to use and as I said, they are warm. My only complaint was the zipper which opened a bit, but that was a minor problem.
