Pretty good accessory
Pretty decent accessory that allows you to add a couple different leg exercises to your workout with the Marcy Pro Compact Trainer. It is easy to put on and take off although it doesn't get in the way of doing any of the other exercises, so I just leave it on all the time. Another thing I have found this allows you to do it sit-ups. Just lock the leg developer in place and lay the bench all the way down in the decline position. This holds your feet in place so you can do sit-ups on the bench.
A must for leg development.
Professional quality and great product. I have been using it for 3 weeks on leg extensions and leg curls. A must to build complete upper legs.
