The basics done well

Rating:****
The Work Glove is just that - simple, seemingly durable (only had them a couple of weeks), and looks like you could be stringing barbed wire or chopping wood at any moment. Fleecy lining keeps my hands surprisingly warm for such a thin glove, while dexterity with this glove is better than any other "work" glove I've worn. The only downside is that the cuff is fairly short and doesn't cinch down, so it sometimes rolls up a bit, exposing the wrist. Not much of a complaint for a glove that I expect to last multiple seasons.

Great for around town and warmer days on the mountain

Rating:****
I use these gloves primarily for what they are meant for, work. Great for shoveling snow and doing cold weather work around the house. The liner does a great job of keeping my hands warm and dry. They are also nice enough to wear into town. I have worn them skiing a few times, though only on warmer days. The short length of the glove is not very effective for keeping snow and wind out. Overall, a great durable glove.

PERFECT

Rating:*****
I originally ordered a size small per the size chart but it was way too tight, exchanged for a medium which seems fine, although the fingers are a bit long I think it will be fine for the occassional Zodiac trip in the Arctic. A bit bulky but that is to be expected, not expecting to do photography in these. Very soft and comfortable and great looking! And warm and waterproof. Can't wait to put them to the test.

Good quality basic work glove

Rating:****
These are called work gloves and that's exactly what you should expect. They have a nice, soft but thin lining, otherwise they are just like the leather work gloves you'd find in the isle at your local hardware store. Branded Marmot of course, so they are much cooler. Sizes run small, suggest going up at least one size.
Sharpie at Altrec on 10/30/2009

Great glove, warm, soft, looks good.

Rating:****
I just used these gloves for all-purpose hand warming while traveling through Montana and Yellowstone. They are very comfortable, warm, water resistant, and soften nicely with use. Only complaint is that they are already starting to show wear and tear on the finger tips.

Great, durable glove

Rating:*****
I am a ski lift electrician, and I find these gloves to be an excellent choice for a lightweight, insulated leather glove. They have been very durable and quite comfortable. Not for the coldest weather, but great for fall and spring weather.

Meets and Exceeds all Expectations

Rating:****
Great cold weather work gloves. Great grip and warmth. Not as durable as I would like, but I guess that comes with such good dexterity.
Tim at Rock/Creek Outfitters on 02/16/2009

Good Hand coverage

Rating:****
I visit construction sites year round so I need warm, dry gloves while visiting my inspectors outdoors.
Charlie Dirt at Rock/Creek Outfitters on 01/15/2009
