It’s windy, cold, and misty on your trek though the Great Smoky Mountains. The Marmot Men’s DriClime Stretch Pants use wind- and water-resistant fabric to fight the elements. Marmot knows you’re always on the move, so it made these pants with Apex Stretch Fleece panels on the backs of the legs and a DriClime breathable, wicking lining. This way your legs won’t get stuffy or sweaty, and you’ll have plenty of range of motion for long strides and navigating over boulders. Ankle zippers make it easy to pull these on over your shoes.

What? Marmot, c'mon.

Rating:*

Bought these to run (distance) in. Came in the mail today and just tried them on. The crotch hangs down to right above the top of the knee. This restricts any stretch between the thighs. So if you were going to hop over a puddle onto a curb, your going to need to stop running and step up carefully because you're legs aren't allowed enough range of motion due to this very poorly designed pair of pants. How you'd manage wear these mountaineering is beyond me. F for design Marmot.
