When weight is of the essence, but conditions demand a tough, synthetic bag, the Pounder Plus does the job. Ideal for damp-climate backpacking and river running. The Marmot Pounder Plus at 25 degrees is a step up from the Marmot Pounder at 40 and offers enough warmth for three-season outings.

Keeping the weight low and the loft high, this synthetic bag features a revolutionary construction system that retains warmth without adding bulk.
At a mere 1 pound and 4 ounces, the ultralight Marmot Pounder Plus packs enough insulation to keep you warm in temps below freezing while being both compactible and durable, making it your best buddy throughout the spring, summer, and fall.

If the likelihood of wet weather precludes down, the durable Marmot Pounder Plus 25F delivers reliable synthetic warmth for cool-weather camping, backpacking, river rafting and summer mountaineering.

The Pounder Plus 25 Degree Down Sleeping Bag from Marmot is designed to fit a woman's body and has added warmth in the areas where women are most likely to lose heat.

Great 3 season sleeper | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I use my bag for car camping, tent camping, backpacking, and just sleeping under the stars. It's been a great bag. I stay warm all night, though I haven't tried it at the minimum temperature yet. I'm sure it will do just great. I also love that it's super light weight and it compresses really nicely. There's a few things I don't really like. There's no stash pocket like it was advertised, it's kind of cramped when I lay on my back and have my arms at my side, and I roll around a lot in my sleep and it doesn't roll with me. It also could use an even smaller stuff sack than what it came with. | |

Toasty warm all night | |

| I took this bag out at 11,000 feet in late September. With temps in the mid 30s I was too warm and had to unzip to get comfortable. I've had experiences freezing at night and was concerned about the +25 rating, but I needn't have worried. The bag packed down nice and small (a little over football size) and is a reasonable weight. On the downside, the zipper did snag almost every time I moved it. I also think I might need something warmer to really have a 3 season bag. This is more of an "extended summer" bag at these elevations. | |
