soft and warm | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This jacket is as warm as a mid to heavy weight fleece but as light and thin as a light weight fleece. Its very soft and comfortable and stays looking new after you wash it. I had a mountain hardware monkey man jacket before I got this one and was very disappointed with it. After only a couple of weeks of wearing and 2 or 3 washings the "fur" was very matted and their was a noticeable seat belt line from wearing it wile driving. So definitely buy the marmot over the mountain hardware. | |

Warm and bit too snug | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
I live in Germany and it has snowed recently along with some extreme cold temperatures (try 20- C)! Nice coat, very warm, but a bit too snug. I'm 6'2, 188 lbs with a 32" waist and 44" chest. I'm not fat by any means, but I felt an L didn't fit me well. I normally wear an L and still have some wiggle room. Recommended nontheless.

Pretty Lame and Overpriced

| Given the cost, I expected this to be better quality. It is too snug in the chest, and seems to almost flare out at the bottom. It allows for drafts to enter at the bottom. Sleeves were too short and length in the front is too short. I'm 6' 180lbs. and athletic. If this sounds like your physique, stay away from this piece. My first experience with marmot products and not a good start. AND THE PRICE!?!?!? Way too expensive for what you get. | |
