This may be the first time I have ever left a review on any site. I felt that I needed to come back here and talk about the unbelievable service that I received. I went to about nine different places after finding one pair of these at Stride Rite. I have 10 year old twin boys that needed a good hiking waterproof boot for BoyScouts. Of course, Stride Rite had one pair. I went home and something made me look at Zappos. I called and sure enough they had them. The representative was so nice that he upgraded the shipping for free, also put in a request to have them hand checked to make sure that they were the correct thing. They were delivered the exact day that we needed them and I cannot say enough about Zappos. It is the best website ever! The shoes are excellent and they wear them all of the time now. They choose them over sneakers!
I bought these hard to find shoes for my son after seeing them at REI. They didn't have the right size and Zappos did AND they shipped them the next day, free! My son has wide feet with a high instep so it's hard to find shoes that fit well. He loves these, says they are very comfortable, cushioned, supportive and good to hike with. They are holding up well after almost 1 month of every day use, he still loves them. I now have the next size up as well. Good value.
