| I was a little wary in the beginning of buying this model. I checked merrell leather shoes in a merrell outlet in LA. But did not see this model there. However after using skechers for a long time, I thought of making a switch and I was looking for a comfortable and stylish shoes. This was perfect choice for me. Its really comfortable from inside, the cushioning is way better than you would have experienced earlier. One other brand I could remember is florsheim shoes. But then you done get rugged looking merrell quality from them. Only drawback I could feel in this shoe that my feet starts to sweat sometimes. I never had this problem before. May be its summer out here in california. The cushion technology which maps your feet structure is very scientifically designed. I went one size up to fit my feet layout to the cushion. I would recommend this shoe. As always, really fast shipping from altrec and outstanding customer service. Way to go folks. I keep coming back. | |

| Comfortable, good support. looks great - I needed a comfortable, very walkable shoe that I could wear to work (i.e., slightly dressy) and these looked right. Merrell was recommended by a number of people as a brand and I had several not-so-good experiences with some less expensive brands (incl. GBX, Hush Puppies, Lands End) around durability and support (or lack thereof). The World Passport fit great right out of the box and after several weeks of wear they just get better. The included support insert is decent, and can be replaced by your own if desired; there is enough room in the shoe to handle a bit more height in the orthotic. The only quibble with the look is the brown color is a bit light for my taste and I would like it if it came in a darker (closer to cordovan) shade, but it is a minor quibble. Overall excellent shoe. | |

| I came to Zappos after months of waiting for a local store to re-stock these shoes, which they never did. I read the reviews before ordering so here's my take on it. Size: yes, they do run a little large; however, I ordered my normal size and find them to be comfortably roomy. Squeaking: there is a bit of squeak when you walk that seems to come from the removable liner rubbing against the actual footbed. I found that rubbing some foot powder between both surfaces works pretty well, at least temporarily, and it keeps things smelling fresh! Price: I was a little disappointed to find the Zappos price a little higher than my local store. But after you factor in no sales tax or shipping, it works out pretty much the same. I was very happy with my Zappos experience and will certainly order again. | |

| I recently purchased Merrell World Passport shoes through Zappos. They are probably the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever bought. Nice sturdy rubber sole and comfortable inner liner, with Redwood color on the upper that is quite nice. I feel like I am walking on top of the world--which, of course, I am since the Merrell has the continents of the world imprinted on the sole! And Zappos is great to work with, with free shipping and an easy website to order from. I will definitely do it again! | |

| Bought the shoes for my husband as he favors the fit of the Merrell shoe. Fits true to size, good support, and perfect for work or going out for casual dining. His only complaint is that he feels the toe box is a little big, kind of clown-like. It's really not that big, just isn't a narrow, tapered toe you might find in a European style. This is a very comfortable, practical shoe that looks and feels good right out of the box. | |

| I love Merrell shoes and just recently picked up a pair of the World Passports, which came highly recommended from a good friend. Well, I must say that he is correct. The shoes are as comfortable as they are classy. Very nice value for the money...if your on the fence about getting a pair of World Passports, get em' you won't be dissappointed. | |

| Good shoe - The Merrrell passport runs a half size bigger & the shoe insert rubs on the inner portion of the leather inside the shoe which squeaks (somewhat annoying). Overall a good comfortable shoe, I don't think I would purchase this shoe again, due to the noise factor. I will definitely order from ZAPPOS again, great shipping & customer service. | |

| My pair of Merrells are not only the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have ever owned, but they look great and feel amazing right out of the box. The break-in period with these shoes is virtually non-existant. I'm already planning on purchasing several more pairs of Merrells based on my experience with this pair. | |

| Another great shoe by Merrell. I work in a profession where I need to move around a lot. These shoes felt great from day 1. They feel like a pair of slippers when you have them on, yet are rugged enough to keep your feet dry in wet weather. | |

| Comfortable, but they squeak like crazy. These are probably the most comfortable shoes I can recall having, but they developed a really noticeable squeak. I mean noticeable squeak. I looked on the internet, and I am not alone. I am going to contact the company to see if they will replace. If not, I'll try one more pair. If those squeak, I'm done for good with Merrell shoes. If they don't squeak, I'll no doubt be a repeat customer. We'll see. | |

| Nice shoe, but squeaky - I am very pleased with the look and the feel of the shoe. However, there is one annoying problem. The shoes squeak a lot when I walk. I hoped it would go away, but I have had them a couple of weeks now, and they are still very loud. | |
