Love the fabric, the cut, the waistband.

| I gave up on on shorts long ago in favor of skirts for hiking or riding around town doing errands on my bicycle. But it's not so easy finding a cute functional skirt - one that hits my knees at the right length, with a nice cut and drape allowing for enough swing to take a decent stride whether pushing the stroller or climbing Mt. Washington (ok, these days it's more like the Blue Hills...), and made of material that doesn't wrinkle and show your sweat when you stand up or get off your bike, and you know, one that makes you look all svelt and Italian when you hop off your bike on a muggy August afternoon in Boston... But the pouch pockets aren't so cute on me! And I too think it runs big. (Vanity sizing in athletic clothing? Really?) I am on the four side of the 4-6 but need a 2 in this skirt. The brown is lovely. The icefall is nice. I would like them to make this skirt for me without the pouch pockets. I would then wear it every day. | |

| Love this skirt. I've bought two of both the brown and the green 'cause I'll be devastated if I end up staining one of them. Wish it would come in black or dark grey and a dark burnt orange too . . . I find it very flattering. I'm generally between a 6-8 and the 6 fits me perfectly. I love the "velvety" texture, though the downside is that it does tend to catch & hold on to lint. | |

I bought one of these for hiking and loved it so much I bought another and wear both for hiking, walking, and just around town. Love the pockets and the flat-lying lining at the waist in back. I live in Texas and wear this when it is hot. It is quick-drying and really keeps me cool. Waiting for more colors to be restocked so I can buy a few more. . . I have espresso & iceball already.

| Great skirt. Fits well, seems true to size. I would consider hiking in this skirt, but it is a little shorter than I expected (I like skirts a little below the knee), so I would be hesitant to try this for adventure activities... may give people a show! | |

One of the BEST skirts I own.

| I own the Arroyo as well. Both are very comfortable and functional. It does run big as I did consult Mountain Hardware directly. It fits well and is very light. I own two Arroyo and two La Rambla. | |

| Nice fabric - no wrinkles, light, stain resistant. Great pockets for stuff. I would order a size smaller, it runs kind of big. I will buy more. | |
