Great SUMMER Bag | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is a great warm weather bag. I also bought a sea to summit liner to make this bag a little warmer for spring camping. I like how light this bag is and how small it packs. What I like most about this bag is the zipper system. The zippers on both sides are very nice and they have an edge that prevents them from snagging. This is a great back packing sleeping bag for the areas that I hike and camp. I wouldn't recommend this bag if you are sleeping in really cold areas or if you are a sissy that can’t handle a little chill. | |

"compresses to a great small size yet diff zipper than pictured"

| Definantly will keep you warm in at least 40 degree weather! is amazingly compressable and can be packed to the size of just bigger than a nalgene bottle. It's perfect... but the Ultralamina that you will be recieving in the mail differs a little from the one that is pictured. It actually is not a full zip but instead has two half zips on the sides, yet is still worth getting. | |

Lightweight and Technical but Cold
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I bought this bag for summer camping trips expecting a minimum temperature of 55-60 degrees. During my first outing with the bag the temperature dropped to 62 degrees and I froze! I had to cover myself with all my extra clothes and towels to keep warm which I didn't expect with a bag rated at 45 degrees. I even tested the bag at home after the failed trip and it didn't even keep me warm in my bedroom at 65 degrees. The bag has a lot of nice features but it doesn't meet the temperature guidelines by a long shot. | |
