| This is a pack I have used for everything from 3 day camping trips (Although I pack light for camping) to all the junk that needed for 3 kids for an all day trip to the park. It normally carries my Laptop, 70oz Camelback bladder, Leatherman Wave, small firstaid kit (Like I said 3 kids...) Diapers, Wipes, and anything else I think I might need for the day (my wife calls it my Man Purse). When I'm headed out hunting I can actually pack my shotgun (18.5" slug barrel with a topfolding stock) inside the main compartment or under the outer side compartments, and everything I could need (drag kit, extra clothing, ammo) | |

| The Approach 3.0 is the perfect pack for just about any trip under 3 days. It's not too big for a dayhike, yet not too small for a 3 day. It's got pockets all over the place and really comfortable straps. It's really adjustable which makes it really easy to find your comfort zone. Also, it's made from recycled materials which is nice 'cuz it makes you feel happy inside. One last thing I like about this pack is the mesh pockets on the side.. they are angled so you can easily reach a bottle or whatever without having to awkwardly maeuver your arms. Sweet pack. At least 9 out of 10 easily. | |

| Bought this pack before they started making them from recycled material, so that sucks, but the pack is awesome! Loads of storage, and feels great even when full. Took this pack on a 3-night yes 3-night backpacking trip, and it was still great. Obviously not the best for extended trips, but stood up and blew me away! Straps galore, and thick waist strap was really comfortable. | |
