Use the Mountainsmith Boot Cube to keep your ski boots, mountaineering boots, or fishing waders separate from the rest of your gear. The Mountainsmith mesh storage panels give your wet boots and other gear a chance to dry, and grommet holes drain water. The Boot Cube will hold ski or snowboard boots up to size 13, with plenty of room for goggles and gloves. Carry this Mountainsmith boot bag over your shoulder or use the duffel-style handles. A side stash gear pocket swallows socks, ski goggles, and other small items that don't fit in the main compartment.

"Nice!"

Rating:*****
This big burly bag has all the features you could want in a boot bag plus more. The shoulder strap is great, the carry handle is nice. The top panel zip entry makes accessing your gear quick and easy. Typical of Mountainsmith, the construction is positively bomber. The bag size, however, is deceiving. There is a front-zip pocket that is about 4 inchses wide. This reduces the usable boot area significantly. There was still plenty of room for a pair of size 9 T2s plus gloves, hats, fleece pants in the main compartment but the cubic inches reported by Mountainsmith is a total, and does not reflect the relative size of the main bag and then the pocket. Overall, it is still plenty big and

Great Boot Bag

Rating:*****

This is a great boot bag. It has a lot of well thought out features. Drains in the bottom, a vent at the top, the pocket holds all my gloves and hats and there is a smaller pocket inside for keys and watches. The bag is big enough for my size 12 ski boots, a helmet, two pairs of gloves and a hat. I would recommend this bag to anyone.

A jack russel could be comfy in this thing

yep it's that big. I've packed my snowboard boots, helmet, 3 goggles, 2 sets of gloves, 2 sets of knee pads, and misc. gear in it, and have some wiggle room to spare.

I love the breathability this bag offers, and the seperated compartment to keep boots from other gear if needed.

I'll probably pick another one up to carry whitewater gear in this spring.

My new best friend

Rating:*****

Buying this bag was one of my smarter purchases this year. It fits my boots, helmet, bibs, fleece tights, 1 pair of down mittens, a pair of ski gloves, glove liners, hand warmers, trek bars, fleece vest, 2 pairs of socks, and I still have room.
The 2 compartments are great and there's even a mini compartment for littler stuff.

This isn't only a boot bag...

Rating:*****

I was able to stuff copious amounts of gear in here. Boots, two pairs of pants, gloves and goggles all fit fine. Good handles and a shoulder strap made it easy to carry. An excellent travel bag.

Other Reviews:

"This is a reasonably good-looking bag. It appears to be well made - the fabric is thicker than I expected and the zippers work great, seams are secure. The front pocket is very roomy and holds goggles, hat, lots of kid stuff, etc. There are no real drawbacks to this bag. I ordered it for my husband. he likes it fine, it fits his big ski boots (size 11) and our son's ski helmet - except he likes my boot bag more. Mine is a back pack that leaves your hands free to carry other stuff. That's important for a Dad who often feels like the family pack-mule."

"I use the boot cube as my ski boot bag and it is perfect. It has plenty of room for my boots and gloves, hats, gators and other stuff. Now that it is the summer I have been using it for my in-line skates, pads and helmet. it is a very versatile bag."

"I'm using this bag for my rollerblades. I wanted something that was easy to transport and contain all the accessories as well. While I haven't used it for all that long a period of time, it seems to hold up well."
