Carry it all & your laptop

Rating:****
The Capture AT is a great bag for when you need to carry everything...I mean EVERYTHING. My typical kit includes: Nikon D300 w/grip, 18-50 2.8, 80-200 2.8, 50 1.8, 28-200 3.5-5.6, SB600 w/ stoffen, LightSphere, cards & AA's. I also carry a MacBook to load photos after the shoot for on-site editing & duplication (Myself & Austin from the review below shoot for our Rock/Creek races and we each carry this bag). Thanks to the Capture AT, I can now carry in 1 bag what I used to have to carry in 2, so moving around a photoshoot or event is tons easier, although the bag is very heavy. As far as the padded area for your camera & laptop, you can actually pull out the entire padded "bag" from the actual camera bag and sort your gear or place the multiple velcro dividers (I actually have about 4 left over) where you need them. I have also found that this is a great bag for using without the padded pouch installed because it's essentially a duffel bag with tons of pockets. The versatility of this bag is excellent.
As far as padding goes, it's on par with most consumer-targeted bags...overly padded! I also use a Domke F2 to carry everything above, minus the MacBook. That is my favorite bag to date, as it's just a heavy, cotton-canvas bag with minimal padding. But if you need to carry all your gear and a laptop, you should really check out the Capture AT!!

Capture AT will capture your heart!

Rating:****
I shoot the Nikon D200 and carry the 24mm and 50mm lens. Although I'm not running around with too large a lens, the AT offers plenty of space for 2 SLR bodies and two lenses. Not to mention the built-in computer sleeve that offers great protection to any laptop. The bag is great as a carry on, I have flown overseas with the AT twice and one short commuter flight in the U.S. The bag fit easily under the seat back for my international flights. The only negative so far is the bulk of the bag, not too comfortable to carry for more than an hour.
