| Looks great, and works with my other Mountainsmith Hauler items. I use my Mountainsmith gear daily, to organize the stuff I schlepp around for my office, yoga, children, trips, recreation, etc. Adding an insulated cube just made sense after awhile, because the tribe (our nickname for a group of families I'm a part of that like to recreate and work together) wanted to be able to more easily lug around cold drinks and other perishables. The bottle opener attached to the zipper is just too cute, though. ;) We look forward to enjoying our cube through the spring hiking season, the summer swim and canoe season, right through all of our fall excursions. | This soft cooler is a good size for holding a whole afternoon's worth of beverages without being too big to slow you down. Its insulated pretty well. I've seen much worse insulated soft coolers, but I've seen better also. The flip down cup holders on the side are also a great feature. Only real complaint is that its not even close to waterproof. As the ice melts, its just drains out through the cooler, so it will leave a puddle on your deck or in your trunk. It also makes it impossible to keep your wallet or phone in the side/top pockets without worrying about soaking them. | |
