"Great Towel Just be Mindful of the Loop"

Rating:****
I went ahead and bought the medium towel to use on a camping/hiking trip this past weekend. First mistake I made was thinking the medium would dry my 2in long hair...the towell still worked after that but I must have used up atleast half of it's absorbency trying to dry my hair first. Second mistake was I tugged on the loop too hard and pried the button apart that holds it together. Fortunately fixing it was easy. Bottom line is the towel does dry well and the oder stays to a minimum even after using it as a sweet rag while hiking through the south Florida area. It dries super quick and can be rung out easily. Just be mindful of the loop.

"Absorption, Portability, and Dryability"

Rating:****
Ok dryability probably isn't a word, but you get my point. I picked up the small green version of this towel. It's the perfect size to whip my face off while on a trek. Fits easily in the hip pocket of my pack. Dries quickly even when wadded up in a pocket. Doesn't get ripe even after a few days of use. Unlike a lot of products you can actually fit it back into the pouch pretty easily after you have used it. That way when it does start to get stinky you can "quarantine" it from the rest of your belongings. Would buy again.

"Incredibly compact, soft, and fast-drying. Must have for traveling."

Rating:****
These things are unbelievably thin - both the standard MSR Packtowl and MSR "Personal" are of basically the same weight and durability (which is high even with the lack of volume). The best thing about the personal version is how much softer it is - it manages to be fuzzy without the fuzz. Drys off crazy fast and doesn't retain odor, yet. No reason you can't use it instead of a normal bath towel year round.

"Soft and packs small."

Rating:*****
Very soft towel. MSR has another towel and its like drying off with a Brillo pad, this towel is the exact opposite. The snap loop comes in handy to clip it to a tree or your pack to let it dry although in the sun this thing dries out quickly. Very compact as well, easily stuffed in any open space in your pack.

"Great Towel Great Price!"

Rating:*****
I got the large and its perfect for backpacking. It packs small is light weight and nice and soft, a nice fuzzy soft but not the kind of fuzzy where it sheds all over the place! Also has a neat little loop in one corner . . . perfect for hanging on your pack to dry!

"The towel of drying +4"

Rating:*****
It drys stuff really dry. It has a hang tab. It comes with a carrying pouch. Its light. It does not do calculus. Its a towel, what did you expect.
