| Comfortable shoe for weekend golfer - First I want to say kudos to Zappos. I placed an order at 10 pm one night in Texas and had the shoes by 2pm the next day. AMAZING!!! The shoes were a little narrower than the EEEE size would reflect. I use the shoes to play golf in. It's so hard to find a good looking comfortable set of golf shoes when you have EEEE feet. These fill the bill nicely. They are light and semi water proof (as long as you don’t cover the top of the shoe). The little spikes grab the turf much better than any twist on spikes I have ever had on a golf shoe. The only thing I can say that makes me dislike the shoe at all is the "BLING BLING" looking N on the side of the shoe. The N looks like it should be around the neck of a rapper. Other than that... excellent shoe. Thanks Zappos!!! | |

| New Balance 995 Mid - It is almost impossible to find a mid black everyday shoe and I FINALLY found one at Zappos.com...these shoes are so comfortable and look great...but that is not the end of the story, I ordered these shoes at 7pm and they were at my door the NEXT day at 5pm at NO extra charge...NOTHING beat that service from Zappos...I was so pleased with that quality and service, I ordered another pair of shoes a few days later and a 11pm order was delivered at 2:45pm the next day...Zappos is awesome and so are my New Balance shoes...one caution would be to be careful if the ground is wet and you walk on a tile floor after coming inside, the shoes will be slippery until they dry off. | |

| Great Experience!!! I ordered some NB shoes for my husband with a very difficult foot to fit as it is both wide and thick. He also has neuropathy and needs extra support, that being a higher shoe. He says they are very comfortable and the ordering experience was tremendous. How nice to be able to order something and pay after you get the item! We hope it will continue to be this way in the future when we order again and we will order again. It is much more palatable to have the cost include the shipping and the fact there is no cost on return shipping if there is a problem seems amazing. Betty G | |

| New baseball shoes - I am attending umpire school in Florida next month and decided to get some new baseball shoes for out on the bases. I ordered these shoes on Sunday and I damn near tripped over the box on my way to work on Tuesday, and I leave at 7am. Took them with me to try them on and they fit so well, I ended up wearing them all day (I work indoors). Simply spectacular service and shipping. I will continue to get my shoes from Zappos as long as they're in business. | |

| New wide (4E) shoes - For a shoe marked 4E or wide, it is not as wide as my last pair of shoes (Nike) that are not marked extra wide or 4E. The shoe even feels like the old pair. I purchased New Balance because of the wide sizes. I suspect the labeling and claim of wideness. I am keeping the shoes because I like the style. | |

| I love this shoe. I\\\'m ordering another pair. I play volleyball on grass courts and I find that this shoe gives me great traction on the grass. It\\\'s also hard to find a shoe like this in a mid high for extra ankle support that is really appreciated in a sport in which so many people end up with ankle injuries. | |

| Excellent shoes - I bought these size 16 shoes for my son, and he loves them... he is actually not using them just on turf, but to wear on other surfaces too. I own many New Balance shoes myself due to my 4E width and have always been impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship. | |

| Nice shoe, but more narrow that typical New Balance Wide - Nice shoe, but ordered normal size 9 EEEE and they were a bit tight. Returned for a different New Balance shoe, fit perfect. These do run a bit narrow. Thanks Zappos for processing this return quickly. Great Customer Service!! | |
