| This is my first pair of NB and I gotta say i'm pretty impressed. They are incredibly well built, very comfortable and supportive throughout the foot. Essentially they are designed as a walking shoe, although I also use them for aerobic training and they work great with great support on the side of the shoe. So, for example, when you do jumping jacks, your foot doesn't slide in the shoe to the side, like it would with a running shoe. I mainly use them for work and I'm on my feet quite a bit throughout the day and they perform perfectly. I've had a similar Reebok walking shoe and they were definitely not as well built, as supportive, or comfortable as these. The Reeboks were considerably less expensive than these NB, which is most likely why there was a big difference in the comfort. However in my opinion when it comes to good footwear you really get what you pay for so I don't mind spending more for a good pair of shoes that are comfortable, supportive, and will last. You depend on your feet, so they deserve a good pair of quality shoes | |

| Pretty good shoes overall, nice style, nothing too showy, but not too plain. I found that the size was a bit larger than my normal 10in., and I would recommend buyers to downsize by half size and plus the M width is a little on the wide side for me also. As far as the wear, comfy and nicely padded on the arch, but not great support like some of the others say, my heel tends to slide up and thus my calves are getting worked more than usual as I have to "grip" the shoe if I walk around for long, it's not a 'snug' fit which is not bad if your intent is to wear them as a casual walker shoe to go shopping in, or some light sightseeing, but I don't recommend these for treking out in and going full speed at workouts. Bottom line, these are decent shoes for the budget minded, but just be careful of the size, I would recommend getting 2 sizes and then send back the one that isn't right. Zappos makes this very easy and I highly commend their great customer service! | |

| I have a hard time buying shoes that fit my needs. I am on my feet a great deal of time and a good portion of that time I am on a unforgiving concrete surface at my PT job with the Home Depot. I suffer with sciatica and I needed something comfortable that could breathe and could be worn in a casual environment. I reached out to Zappos and found a pair of New Balance shoes that have delivered since I received them. I am pleased and would certainly recommend them to others and purchase again from Zappos and buy the New Balance product. | |

| I am very pleased with my New Balance shoes I ordered from Zappos. I first got a pair of slip-on Propets 2 or 3 years ago. This is my 2nd order from Zappos and will surely not be my last. The shipping and customer service from the company is awesome. It is hard to find shoes in my size and width and Zappos makes it very easy to find what I am looking for. | The New Balance MX608V2 provides the same support as is found in the "regular" New Balance 608, but with a look that is less of a gym shoe, and more of a casual dress shoe, with a moc toe appearance. If it's New Balance, you know it will be a good product. It's just a matter of finding the right shoe for the right activity. | |

| These shoes are OK. The materials are great and it's put together well. The only complaint are the soles as they feel like blocks of wood. The soles are thick and not shock absorbent enough to reduce the shock running through your knees, hips, and back. Also my heel lifts out of the right shoe no matter how tight I lace up. | |

| These were a replacement for a defective pair I was sent and while I dixn\'t get a refund for the previous (used shoes!) pair I was sent, they did give me $25 credit toward another pair. I ordered the new shoes and 2 days later they were on my porch. Pretty good customer service and excellent at getting my order ASAP. | |

| I wear a size 18ee shoe, so I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that have a good fit, but I found these shoes to be so comfortable, that a couple of days later, I bought 2 more pairs of the same style in a different color. What impressed me the most was the speed that they were delivered. | |

| I purchased the New Balance MX608V2 for my son and he was having trouble with one of his feet when the new shoes arrived. He started wearing the MX609V2 and his problem went away. He is very happy with this shoe and has asked me to order another pair in black. | |
