| This is an excellent base layer! The fabric is extremely comfortable. I use it for running as well as lifting and it has always kept me comfortable. I've now bought a total of three of these because I liked the first one so much. As for size, I am 6'2'' 205 lbs, medium build, and I use an XL. | |

| Works well in hot gyms - Material felt great and it fit very comfortable. I usually workout in a gym that doesn’t have great air circulation which turns into that muggy feeling. While wearing this item, I felt cooler and a lot more comfortable than just wearing a plain shirt. | |
