Midsole: Nike Free design delivers the feel of barefoot training thanks to a natural fit and enhanced flexibility. Deep flex grooves along the length and width of the midsole enhance flexibility and articulation so the foot can move freely. Removable insole for customized fit and comfort.
Outsole: Diamond traction patter provides flexible, multi-directional grip on a variety of surfaces. Rubber pods on the heel and forefoot for multidirectional traction and control.
