The Nike LunarGlide+ 3 Running Shoe for Women is a daily distance trainer full of springy cushing and breathablilty with enhanced fit and support.

Fit:

• The minimalistic upper of the Nike LunarGlide+ 3 features a mesh inner sleeve (bootie) for lightweight breathability and a supportive fit. For a snug, secure fit and extra support, a midfoot strap connects to the laces
• Arch support that wraps around the foot for a snug, secure fit

Collar:

• Lightly padded tongue and collar for added comfort and performance.

Midsole:

• Deep, Nike Natural Motion Engineering flex grooves along the length and width of the midsole and outsole allow the foot to move more naturally through the gait cycle.
• To moderate excessive pronation, the Nike LunarGlide+ 3 has a floating heel-support clip that helps keep the back of the foot from rolling inward or outward upon landing. And Dynamic Support in the midsole provides comfortable stability without the added weight or stiffness of a traditional medial post.

Support and Cushioning:

• Lunarlon midsole is comprised of a soft foam incased within a firmer foam, providing a blend of plush, responsive cushioning and support.
