Great lightweight belt

| I don't know about the others that gave this belt a poor review but I've used this belt for a couple of years and I love it! Someone actually just stole mine so I'm looking to get another, but I have competed in a number of powerlifting competitions and come away overall winner in the last one I competed it so I'm not sure how much heavier lifting the other reviews are looking for. This belt, unlike leather lifting belts is velcro which I was at first worried about, but it has never failed and it always gets the perfect size! I love this belt and would recommend it to anyone! Nike also makes great gloves and watches that I use when lifting, so check those out too! | |

| I'm a collegiate thrower, so I do a lot of heavy lifting. I primarily use this belt when I'm squatting or doing the push press. I have a herniated disc, and this belt gives me all the support I need. I have never once had any trouble with this belt. I've had it for several months now. I feel it gives great support. The velcro still works as good as the day I bought it. I also feel that this belt does a good job of staying in place during the lift. | |

| this is actually not a bad belt for day to day training and in fact if one wants the same kind of tightening belt mechanism, one has to pay over $100. also if u r a serious power lifter n competiting, then you should know that this belt is not that purpose. | |

| I use this belt regularly and like it's sturdyness. Hasn't deformed and is easy to put on and take off with the velcro. | |

| looked good in the store but in the gym it felt uncomfortable and distracting. had no problems with the velcro but maybe that's because i didn't use it long. i bought it today and im going to back to the store right now to return it today. im going to try the valeo nylon belt. | |

Nike weight training belt

| The belt has a wide range of sizes. The belt is easily attached but when tightened too much it is hard to remove. It does not appear to offer significant support for serious weight lifters. I would recommend a sturdy leather weight lifting belt instead of this item. | |

| Velcro wore out in 2 months. Spend the extra money and get a belt with a locking buckle. It wasnât good when the belt popped off during a powerlift. | |

| Didn't work for me. It rips and falls off during heavy squats and dead lifts. | |

It's simply alright | |

| I personally find a conventional leather belt more comfortable and less fiddling to do. For some reason when I use this belt I end up repositioning it numerous times and such. It is sturdy and certainly does work, but not nearly as much as I have gotten from using an ordinary leather belt as far as support and comfortability is. | |
