Loved it til it broke

Rating:***
I used the tripod around town and lugged it on backpacks (obviously not an ultra-lightweight backpacker). I bought it because it was taller than any other that fit my budget (I'm 6'2" and don't like bending over to take pictures if I don't have to). The tripod head feels nice and moves smoothly. It tends to move slightly whenever you lock down the pan and tilt axes but you get used to it after a while. The plastic feet come off a little too easily for me (they fell off several times and I eventually lost one). It was a good compromise for me between quality and lightweight. Until it broke. One of the plastic extension locks broke when I put a little too much weight on it. At the time all the extensions but one were fully retracted and I was squatting down, lost my balance a little bit and leaned on the tripod (15-20 lbs maybe?) and the plastic cracked. I don't think that I abused it so I'm pretty disappointed that it broke. If that hadn't happened I'd still be using it today. So now I'm getting an Induro AB2 instead.
