| Bought this backpack in black, I love it! The only type of "purse" I use is a backpack and they're not easy to find. This is lightweight, has plenty of compartments and the straps are easily adjustable. In addition I want to let everyone know that Zappos has the best customer service, ever! | "I like Nine West, and I usually rave about all of their products. In this case, I am a bit disappointed. While the bag looks good and is sturdy, the compartments are too narrow, and once you put something inside them, you cant see it, as the bag does not open wide. Ive also found that the snaps dont stay closed, and the front flap pops open constantly. While the bag is good-looking, I think Ill probably use it less often than the others Ive purchased here." | |

| "I love backpack handbags and I chose this one because it has great compartments.I was dissapointed when I recieved it because the snap closure is terrible.It should have a magnetic snap.Its very difficult to snap it shut.The other thing I didnt like is the straps are wide and rough.If you have on a tank top they rub and irritate my skin.Im sending this one bag.I could have tolerated the straps but it was sheer maddening that I couldnt get it to snap shut." | |

| "The snaps that close each pocket need to be larger and magnetized. It takes too long to snap the little, smaller snaps. The shoulder straps are way too long. Use D-rings at the bottom and make the straps fully adjustable to any desired length - not just the three punched holes a the bottom of the shoulder strap." | |

However, the 2 drawbacks are the button closures-you just cant seem to clasp them quick and there is no built in wallet inside. I did know about the lack of built in wallet before purchasing the bag but wanted it anyway. I would buy another, again." | |

| Cute but poor quality - It’s a crazy reason but I think I kept this bag because the lining is so cute. The other good thing about it is the number of different compartments. Otherwise, poor quality. I really should have returned it on the second day I used it when the snap on the front broke. | |
